Your role: Agency Manager
As an Agency Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind Global’s audio revenue growth across your patch of media agencies. Your role is outward-facing, focused on building meaningful agency relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering client-led, commercially effective solutions.
You’ll bring strategic thinking, energy and insight to every conversation helping agencies navigate the evolving audio landscape across spot airtime, digital audio, podcasts and partnerships. You’ll work closely with specialist teams and internal collaborators, while growing a strong network as the face of Global on your patch.
As an Agency Manager at Global, you will:
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth
Deliver sustainable revenue growth from across your agency portfolio, covering both linear and digital audio.
Understand the shift towards digital audio and how you can influence growth in those areas
Identify new opportunities by aligning Global’s audio products to client strategies and marketing objectives.
Through commercial acumen and analysis understand your agencies revenue performance metrics
Support Senior Agency Partner on commercial strategy, account development and campaign optimisation.
Agency Relationships
Build strong, trusted relationships with key investment & planning contacts across your agency patch.
Influence media planning decisions and become a consultative partner for audio expertise.
Lead agency inspiration sessions to showcase Global’s portfolio, innovations and new opportunities.
Insight & Innovation
Champion audio by sharing insight, performance data, and case studies to inspire investment.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop insight-led responses to brief and new revenue initiatives.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with specialists across planning, digital, creative and operations to deliver outstanding client campaigns.
Ensure effective campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation to drive repeat business.
Support coach and mentor Activation/Media Execs guiding them through their progression and development
Work closely with your OOH colleague to ensure we are maximising opportunities across both revenue streams
Forecasting & Pipeline
Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline via Salesforce forecasting performance by week and month and identifying trends.
Have a clearly defined and workable business plan for your portfolio
Be accountable for revenue targets and performance metrics across your agency patch.

What You’ll Need
A passion for audio and media, with knowledge of the evolving digital and agency landscape.
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident, credible and persuasive.
A track record in commercial roles either media sales or agency-side.
A collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Confidence using insight and data to shape commercial stories and recommendations.
