WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Vendor Risk Management Specialist, you will be member of Aquanima European VRAC team based in Lisbon offices. and will be based on the Lisbon (Portugal) and She or He will be responsible for certifying and assist Vendors regarding potential risks, including: project and account management, follow-up, reporting, internal coordination and collaboration in third party risk analysis processes.

  • Follow up the certification process, to establish and monitoring remediation plans.
  • Reporting, data analysis, and dashboards in Excel / PowerBI: to present VRAC activity metrics, risk assessment results, remediation plan indicators, presentations to the local Cost / Risk areas and respective committees.
  • Collaboration in third party risk analysis processes between suppliers and risk analysts.
  • Review and challenge of inherent risk scoring of critical services.
  • Assist in certificate critical services / vendors, establish and monitor remediation plans and issue a residual risk rating.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Risk Management/Audit/Consulting/Compliance or Project Management function.
  • Desirable background in Cybersecurity / IT Risk / Data Protection.

EDUCATION

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering or similar.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Skills in managing relationships, time and achievement of objectives, facilitating teamwork, to effectively meet objectives within tight and demanding deadlines.
  • Communication and oral expression fluent in Portuguese. English and Spanish desirable.
  • Knowledge of IT risk management.
  • MS Office - Excel, PowerBI, Powerpoint.
