Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding - Target Plus

The Onboarding team owns and drives critical early phase of the Partner lifecycle by project managing all onboarding activities to help Partners be successful on Target Plus platform. The team works closely with External Vendors, Integrators, Category Management, Acquisition and Item to ensure all partners added meet or exceed expectations of what it means to be a Partner selling goods on Target Plus.  
As a Senior Manager, Partner Onboarding Target+, you will manage a team using your intuition and operations expertise fueled by data and analytics to oversee Partner Success, Project/Program Management, Strategic Planning and Enable Continuous Improvements 
 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collaboration & Strategic Oversight: You will require strong cross company collaboration skills and be able to communicate strategies and business updates to full Target+ Operations team in India and the US to build team cohesion, align priorities and support partner success.  Team – Lead a team of 6-10 analysts and process specialists in line with Target culture cornerstones, foster cross functional collaborations, timely coaching moments. Lead a team of analyst to deliver E2E Partner Onboarding for assigned partners with KPI’s  Business Insights & Reporting – Strategize and oversee new Partner Setup and Onboarding, with defined routines to support Partner Success.  Product and Technology Partnerships: Partner with global team to drive technology initiatives with Product partners to enable process and system efficiencies and improve operations. Support new product launches, look at avenues for system improvements based on continuous user feedback. Focus on automation to enhance current processes.  Process Excellence: Establishing global process alignment, governance, and conformation. Identify areas to drive efficiency, improve speed to market and evolve the function. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Four-year degree in related field 
  • 8+ years’ experience in in some form of people leadership, partner success and program management experience 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an evolving workplace 
  • Proven hands-on experience with Lean Six Sigma, Process and Quality initiatives 

Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with, and influence, Partners and effectively communicate with other members in the organization
