As a Manager, Sell Side Sales at CME Group, you will drive the strategic expansion of our market footprint by accelerating revenue growth across key institutional client segments. Based in the New York financial hub, you will act as a high-impact relationship partner, proactively identifying market opportunities, executing sophisticated account plans, and deepening engagement with both new and existing institutional clients. This role is vital to maximizing client wallet-share and reinforcing CME Group’s position as the world's leading derivatives marketplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive net-new commercial revenues 

  • Cultivate, establish, and maintain strategic relationships with executive stakeholders, institutional decision-makers, and market participants

  • Construct and execute data-driven account plans for a dedicated portfolio of Target, Growth, and Key accounts, ensuring consistent outreach and alignment with client trading strategies

  • Leverage internal data repositories, data sources, and industry intelligence to track, analyze, and report performance trends against key business metrics

  • Lead external educational initiatives to deepen market understanding of CME Group products, market structures, and execution mechanics

  • Maintain data integrity by consistently capturing relationship milestones, complex organizational structures, and business development activities within the CRM platform

  • Collaborate fluidly with cross-functional internal teams to resolve client support challenges and optimize the overall customer experience

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience managing institutional client portfolios, relationship management, or business development within capital markets or financial services

  • Strong foundational knowledge of derivatives, financial exchange products, electronic trading execution, or clearing mechanics

  • Experience leveraging market data systems and analytical tools to uncover volume trends, map customer activity, and present performance metrics

The pay range for this role is $125,600-$209,300. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
