How You Will Make an Impact:

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and facility systems are well- maintained, operational, and compliant with safety standards.The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of maintenance procedures, and experience in managing a team of technicians.

Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of the maintenance department, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.
  • Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective work practices.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • Respond to and address emergency maintenance requests, troubleshooting and resolving issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts usage, using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure maintenance tasks do not interfere with production or
  • Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and materials for routine and emergency
  • Monitor and report on the performance of equipment and systems, identifying areas for improvement and recommending upgrades or replacements as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the facility and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience minimum (5+ years) in a maintenance role, with a minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of facility systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools (e.g., CMMS, Excel).
  • In-depth understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and environmental
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse group of
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle emergency
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and upper management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
