ComplyAdvantage is looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO & CRO. Our company is rapidly scaling, launching new products, and entering new markets. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work for a high-growth and mission driven company and enjoys adding structure, improving processes, and supporting program work while providing exceptional executive support.

We are looking for a top performer who anticipates needs, creates clarity around complex priorities, and acts as an operational extension of the CEO & CRO. You will combine flawless execution with strong organisational instincts, operating two steps ahead and enabling the executive team to be maximally effective.

What You’ll Do

Executive Support

  • Own and optimise calendar, travel, and expenses with precision and judgement.
  • Understand the purpose behind each meeting: expected outcomes, who needs to be involved, and how to make the time productive.
  • Prepare and manage pre-reads, briefing packs and context summaries.
  • Foreshadow needs: proactively identify prep work, gaps, dependencies, and follow-ups before they’re requested.
  • Manage logistics around all key meetings with the exec team: ensure the right people, materials, and decisions are in the room at the right time.
  • Maintain momentum by documenting actions, tracking follow-through, and ensuring clarity after meetings.

Program & Operational Support

  • Support small program management initiatives — structuring documentation, timelines, and accountability.
  • Help connect dots across teams, identify risks or blockers, and bring clarity to operational workflows.
  • Contribute to process improvements and internal communication rhythm.

Strategic Administrative Partnership

  • Serve as a culture carrier: someone who reads the room, understands organisational dynamics, and amplifies positive energy
  • Bring ideas, frameworks, and suggestions that raise the bar
  • Use excellent judgement to navigate ambiguity and maintain confidentiality and trust
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and always leaning forward

Who You Are

Quick thinking and results driven

  • You gain energy from interacting with people; enthusiastic, driven, and uplifting.
  • Sharp-minded and quick-thinking, able to anticipate needs and stay two steps ahead.
  • Exceptionally organised with high documentation discipline

A master of structure and context

  • You naturally understand how meetings, decisions, and information flows connect.
  • You ask smart questions: Why are we doing this? What is the goal? Who needs to be involved?
  • You enjoy creating clarity and turning ambiguity into organised, actionable plans.

A proactive partner to the CEO/CRO

  • You’re proactive, not reactive; you seek opportunities to add value without being prompted.
  • You see around corners and anticipate what will be needed next.
  • You build strong relationships and operate seamlessly at senior levels.

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting senior executives (CEO/Founder or C-Suite preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex coordination, logistics, and shifting priorities.
  • Experience or interest in light program management or operational workflows.
  • Excellent judgement, communication, and written documentation abilities.
  • A proactive mindset and desire to make the executive function run smoothly and effectively.
  • Proven experience leveraging AI to enhance communication and productivity

What’s in it for you?

  • Equity as we want you to have a part of what we are building
  • Unlimited Time Off Policy- A work-life balance and focus on our well-being are critical to keeping us performing at our best
  • Annual learning budget to drive your performance and career development
  • Budget to set up your home office upon joining
  • Parental leave and childcare benefits
  • Life Insurance to protect your loved ones
  • Medical (100%), Dental (90%), and Vision (80%) contribution
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) to allow you to use tax free dollars for healthcare or day care related expenses
  • 401k Contribution
  • Financial Perks (Financial Advice, PerkSpot discounts, Pet Insurance discounts, Travel assistance)
  • Pre-Tax transit benefits

The base salary range for this role is $110,000-115,000 + equity, and US benefits. The actual pay may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and skills.
