As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves developing and configuring software systems tailored to meet specific requirements within the product lifecycle. This role requires applying a comprehensive understanding of various technologies, methodologies, and processes to support clients and projects effectively. The work includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure the software solutions align with project goals and contribute to the overall success of the entity. The position demands adaptability and a proactive approach to managing software development tasks from inception through deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
- Experience in software configuration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
