Job Description:
Financial Analysis & Monitoring (FAM) Specialist is responsible for monitoring and managing the credit quality and data integrity of assigned GWIM credit relationships to facilitate a sound credit portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities include the timely delivery of technically accurate spreads and risk rating scorecards using in-depth analysis of personal financial statements and tax returns to ensure the timely follow-up of loan monitoring activities and annual exposure reviews
  • Also responsible for preparation of IFARs and FARs as assigned. Provides additional credit support to underwriting teams as requested
  • Responsible for monitoring and managing the credit quality and data integrity of assigned GWIM credit relationships to facilitate a sound credit portfolio

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Well organized and able to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines
  • Strong Leadership and Teamwork and ability to work with others
  • PC Proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook and other applications

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • 2 to 3 years of Commercial or Private Banking Underwriting, credit analysis or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of financial balance sheets

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
