Are you ready to elevate your career? Join Circle K Baltic States Business Unit as a Sales Analyst for the Baltics and become a key player in our B2B sales division. This role focuses on analyzing sales data across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania to drive insights and improvements, supporting our sales team with the data they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Reporting: Manage cross-Baltic sales reporting (70% periodic, 30% ad-hoc).
- Power BI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, customer behavior, and churn prevention.
- Sales Pipeline Data Management: Analyze and maintain the data of sales pipeline, providing insights and updates to sales representatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and distribute various reports to customers and internal teams.
- Customer Data Management: Monitor, update, and improve customer master data.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work on projects and process improvements with various departments.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with B2B sales colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- Coordinate with the European Circle K Team.
Requirements:
- +2 years hands-on experience with Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and leverage customer data.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-driven, innovative, and creative problem-solver.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle's JD Edwards, and data cubes is a plus.
