Title : Transformation Business Architect – Specialist/ Associate Manager”

Join the Organization Design & Enterprise Performance (OA&EP) team (part of the Office of the COO) as we innovate to: Enhance Internal Process Performance & Effectiveness and Strengthen Governance, consistency and intended outcomes.

This role has a key responsibility to drive the Data and Reporting requirements to support the operations of all the projects/workstreams and verticals under the OA&EP (Organization Architecture & Enterprise Performance) Team.

This role requires attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills as well as creatively determining approaches to analyze data and to drive meaningful conclusions out of it. This role is one where influence and an ability to function independently are critical. This role must navigate successfully the interests of our stakeholder groups and the delivery of a net business benefit at the same time.

Key Responsibilities:     

• Need to have a robust mix of technical and communication skills (verbal & written), with a passion for optimization, data storytelling, and data visualization. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and a high level of ownership and ability to work independently while also collaborating with the larger team.
• Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and standard processes in data analysis and data science. Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Actively participate in multi-functional initiatives, collaborating with team members to measure project success.
• Create and review guides and manuals and maintain them periodically.
• Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals.
• Requires a low level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work within OA&EP team.

Required Skills :

Preferred: Experience in designing/deploying Gen-AI solutions and integration into enterprise applications.

The person in this role will need strong skills and experience in:

• Technical Skills: Must have proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel and data visualization; Power BI, Python, Cloud (Google Cloud Platform preferred)

• Good background in data modelling and visualization using Power BI including creation of dashboards, maintenance and deployment

• Hands-on experience working with Python for data analysis and cleaning

• Lead the development and implementation of new features on the application while working with business and CIO team

• Strong analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving with attention to detail combined with big picture thinking

• Ability to present and tailor details and information to various levels of an organization

•Completes work independently with general mentorship on new projects/requirements

• Work well with peers, and superiors in all workstreams/verticals across the organization

Job Qualifications:

Minimum 8-10 years for CL8 and 6-8 years for CL9 experience in management reporting as data analyst, with 2+ years of data visualization experience. At least 3+ years within Accenture is preferred.
