As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams, managing schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that all deployment-related activities are aligned. You will monitor and control progress, facilitate training sessions, and oversee pilot programs to ensure successful deployment outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows for measurable impact. 1 Create proof of concepts with respect to functionalities in S4 HANA Management Accounting 2 Engage with Sales team for client demos in S4 HANA 3 Assist in estimating the various new deals and prospective clients from SAP S4 Accounting perspective 4 Work with a team lead to deliver SAP S4 HANA Management Accounting projects Onshore/Offshore5 Able to handle cross functional teams offshore Onshore for project delivery6 Participating in the scope workshop planning and execution7 Understanding local legal requirements, designing the E2E processes, Defining the required SAP organizational elements. Professional & Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks. -Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization. 15+ implementation and roll-out SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting projects2 Should have Hands- on experience in Preparing project charter, Scope document, Business process study, Requirement analysis, Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Configuration Guide and User Manual for Management Accounting. 3Very good understanding and working experience of SAP S/4HANA CO including Overhead accounting, Profitability / Margin Analysis, Product Costing, Material Ledger, Transfer Price,4 SAP S/4 HANA Management accounting certified. Additional Information: This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
