What this job can offer you
- This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Regional Marketing Manager, US joining our Regional Marketing team.
What you bring
- 4+ years experience in field marketing, experience in high growth startups or scale-ups preferred
- Relevant B2B marketing experience with proven track-record in significant results on-demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation with a mix of marketing activities, aligned with sales
- Planning and executing regional marketing activities in the US - West or South territory
- Working on demand and lead generation activities to ensure measurable MQL and sales opportunity pipeline creation - with a strong focus on local events, webinars, direct mail, content syndication and more
- Deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation streams
- Aligning with the corporate marketing organization, sales, SDR and partnerships teams to help reach our core target audiences
- Working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both critical thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution
- Tracking KPIs, reporting and evaluating performance to continuously optimize marketing activities and maximize ROI
- Good understanding and experience from SaaS and IT/Fintech space is considered to be a plus
- Relevant B2B marketing experience within SaaS business with proven track record in driving significant results on demand generation and sales opportunity pipeline creation with a mix of marketing activities, aligned with sales
- Experience using marketing tech stack: Salesforce, Hubspot, Outreach
- Strong planning, organization and project management skills
- Proactive, self-starter approach to everything
- You have the growth mindset and agile is not just a buzzword for you
- Native in English. Spanish is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the US for field events (at least once a quarter)
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt and develop the regional marketing strategy for local deployment to your assigned sub-territory. Ensure there is a coherent and clear marketing plan tailored to the US market overall towards the set target audiences
- Owner of the regional marketing plan across products and services aligned to commercial objectives, working hand in hand with our corporate marketing organization and local sales.
- Demand/lead generation activities to ensure measurable MQL and sales opportunity pipeline creation together with sales and key partners – content and digital performance marketing (working closely with central marketing), events (hosted and industry events) and outbound activities (Telemarketing etc.).
- Working on multiple, simultaneous marketing programs that require both critical thinking as well as high-speed tactical execution including ABM and wider demand generation.
- Working with customer success and customer solutions consultants on local case studies
- Tracking and analyzing KPIs, reporting and analyzing performance to find ways to develop your marketing activities’ effectiveness.
- Brand awareness creation and close collaboration with central communications/PR counterpart

At first glance our salary bands seem quite wide - here is some context. At Remote we have international operations and a globally distributed workforce. We use geo ranges to consider geographic pay differentials as part of our global compensation strategy to remain competitive in various markets while we hiring globally.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $91,800 to $154,950 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location, and our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in this role is dependent upon many factors such as location, transferable or job-related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The base salary range may be subject to change.
