·         Explore new opportunities within territory for Plant and Animal which helps build a strong pipeline for medium term growth.  

·         Identify and finalize new channels in alignment with Go To Market Strategy.

·         Coordinate and manage the business of Plant Health for all customers in assigned Territory including all indirect channels in said territory. 

·         Contribute strategically to the Regional Growth Plans, Annual Budgets and mid term forecasting etc.  and thereby spearhead the growth ambition in your territory.

·         Any account management responsibilities such as opportunity management, all customer contracts, pricing, forecasting / demand planning. 

·         Alignment with Marketing (both regional and Global) on strategy and value positioning of products in relevant applications including pricing and also general stakeholder management specially with the Global Business Unit to ensure efficient customer support.  

·         Ensure training needs assessment of customers and run the trainings of customers on Biosolution use. 

·         Communication and Coordination within the larger regional team to foster a collaborative environment 

·         Identify Mkt activities (including digital) needed to support the growth ambition for the region.

·         Answer basic technical questions to ensure quick responses to customers.

·         Coordinate trials and trouble shooting activities with regional / global labs and technical service colleagues.
