WHAT WILL YOU DO:

On this position you will validate and process invoices for vendors of a Swiss client. You will process invoices including investigating discrepancies, response to reminders and confirm invoices ready for payment.

- Post Invoices and Credit Notes in SAP
- Confirm Goods Receipts and Retour Deliveries based on approvals
- Process Invoices for special type of invoices
- Communicate ad hoc with vendors and local business units
- Clarify issues with local business units and vendors
- Work on Admin Tasks
- Monitor non-payers and follow up with local business units & vendors
- Provide Ad hoc and scheduled reports and analysis

As required by the Slovak law we state, that the legal minimum gross base pay ranges from 1300 € monthly depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas. We offer 250 € for your German language skill (after testing) on top of your monthly salary.
