Job Description Summary

As the 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫, you will own Europe’s services pricing for Gas Power—shaping deal strategy in the commercial review process and delivering a measurable regional price realization target. Day to day, you’ll partner with commercial & account managers on live deals before proposals go to customers, and with Finance at month end to close and report price realized. This is a high impact individual contributor role with single point accountability and regular exposure to senior leadership.

Job Description

Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Europe’s pricing strategy and execution for services (parts, repairs, upgrades); provide deal‑level guidance during the commercial review process.
  • Drive orders price realization (OPR) and sales price realization (SPR) (or equivalent concepts), and report results with Finance during monthly financial close.
  • Build competitive intelligence using win/loss insights, field feedback, and market signals; translate into tactical pricing actions.
  • Act as a LEAN ambassador to eliminate non‑value‑added work in pricing workflows; strengthen governance (catalogues, approvals/DOA, audits).
  • Influence and present to senior stakeholders (regional leaders; at times Gas Power Services leadership).

Essential Requirements

  • Academic level degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in pricing strategy/analytics, commercial operations, or competitive intelligence.
  • Strong command of price‑realization metrics (e.g., OPR/SPR or equivalents), high analytical rigor, concise communication, and ability to lead without line authority.
  • High integrity handling sensitive pricing and win/loss data.
  • Solid leadership, communication and relationship building skills with proven ability to influence senior business stakeholders.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and deep understanding of financial business metrics.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

  • CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) or similar certification.
  • Sector familiarity (gas power/industrial/energy) and experience across multiple European markets.

What We Offer

  • Europe‑wide remit with direct visibility to senior leaders; tangible, reported impact on price results.
  • Flexible European employment location; hybrid/remote options; support from a global pricing organization and analytics resources.
  • Competitive salary, annual bonus scheme, comprehensive benefits package & company car (specific package elements depend on country of employment).
