IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Coordinate AP and AR functions from a statutory compliance perspective

• Perform month-end closing activities according to US GAAP

• Conduct BS reconciliation and analysis

• Ensure VAT compliance, check invoices in cooperation with the Shared Services Center, supporting the preparation of VAT returns, intrastat reporting

• Prepare statistical, national bank and statutory reporting

• Support internal and external statutory audit

• Actively participate in the automation and standardization of financial processes!

• Academic background in Finance, Accounting or related fields

• Ideally approx. 3 years of experience in similar position; previous experience with manufacturing accounting would be preferred

• Practical knowledge of Polish accounting standards and tax regulation

• Knowledge of MS Office, M3 - would be an asset!

• Language skills: Polish (native or advanced), English (intermediate or above)
