Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Service Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers and Channel Partners, to support our Power Transmission services business for Power Utilities, Industrial customers, and the Energy sector in general;
Be responsible for customer service inquiries, direct communication, and follow-up on all problem resolutions concerning parts’ offers, orders, reports, invoices, agreements, and contract requirements for targeted clients and territorries;
Be the key liaison between the Outside salesforce, Customers, and internal Technical Product Support and Tendering teams to ensure a smooth sales process and to assist with effective resolution to any customer inquiries or issues raised;
Receive the request for parts quotations from customers and manage the tendering process including: the creation of leads in our CRM system, the definition of the customer’s requirements, the interface with the tendering team, and the submission of the quotations;
Contribute to the Service winning strategy with direct customer communications including follow ups with customers on open parts quotations to close out deals;
Support the Service marketing campaigns for your targeted territories.
Support GE’s account qualification in our customer’s system
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of technical sales support or customer service experience or
7+ years of direct experience supporting sales of technical industrial or manufactured products
Desired Characteristics
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience following structured sales processes and maintaining accurate documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads and opportunities
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) for order processing and tracking
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $79,100.00 and $131,900.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
