Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at creating effective technical solutions that address various challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include collaborating across multiple engineering disciplines such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and overseeing technical aspects to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving engineering requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and technical decisions.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry advancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Parts.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes related to automotive components.
- Experience in structural analysis and stress testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with configuration management and qualification standards in engineering projects.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Effective problem-solving skills with a focus on practical engineering applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automotive Parts.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
