KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The AI Operations Analyst at Semtech provides technical and operational project coordination, supporting the implementation of AI-powered tools in close collaboration with the operations team which encompasses Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Purchasing and related functions. In addition to the core project responsibilities, there is a critical need for additional support in:

AI Tool Implementation: 

  • Assist in developing and optimizing AI-powered workflows using Copilot and Claude
  • Provide technical support for the integration of AI-enabled solutions into company systems and platforms like SAP, including process mapping, documentation, and workflow improvements
  • Assist with configuration, testing and validation of AI functionalities and support pilot implementations, user acceptance testing, rollout planning and post-deployment operational support

Technical and Stakeholder Liaison: 

  • Collaborate with technology partners (IT, SAP, etc.) on system development, integration and deployment
  • Act as an operational bridge between users and technical teams and facilitate clear communication of requirements, issues and feedback across stakeholders

Reporting & Continuous Improvement: 

  • Prepare operational updates and status reports for Project Team Leads
  • Collect feedback and usage insights for continuous improvement and assist in troubleshooting and enhancement of AI and digital solutions
  • Learn and contribute to SAP system workflows

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in AI related fields
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot or Claude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
