THE ROLE
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record across Display and Paid Social partners. The role will suit someone who is looking for an exciting professional growth in a fast-paced environment and is looking for the opportunity to work in a flat structure and a supportive and motivated team.
This role is responsible for defining, managing and executing the global customer acquisition strategy, focusing on two core areas:
Develop and implement a strategy to retain existing customers and acquire new customers by nurturing the existing user and customer base.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and manage projects, define roadmap requirements, optimize and innovate creatives, and enhance/scale reporting and tracking capabilities to support growth.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in web/mobile marketing, especially paid social/display marketing, and will have worked for an international e-commerce or marketplace company. This highly analytical and technically capable candidate will advance the channels by working closely with the product and analytics teams, drive the marketing product strategy, and report directly to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating ideas, managing change, have experience in managing direct reports, and possess a sense of ownership over performance marketing activities.
