Job Summary 

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer (20232), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.  

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevSecOps pipelines, tools, and frameworks ensuring secure software delivery
• Provide advanced support for DevSecOps tools and pipelines, resolving complex issues and driving automation across processes
• Design and implement scalable and secure architectures integrating CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native technologies
• Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in security, quality, and DevSecOps methodologies

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5–7 years of experience in software development and DevOps or DevSecOps environments
• Strong experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing microservices
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated environments
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and PaaS solutions such as Azure (AKS, WebApps, CosmosDB)
• Experience integrating and consuming APIs within DevOps ecosystems
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, secrets management, and security standards
• Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Groovy, or similar for automation
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams
