There is currently an opening for a Logistics Support 3 or Logistics Support 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position falls under one of Northrop Grumman's Strategic Business Units, Sonoma Photonics, Inc. and will be located onsite in Santa Rosa, CA.

Essential Functions:

The selected candidate must be able to support and collaborate with other logistics disciplines to resolve logistics issues related to part, production, maintenance, and spares applications. The individual must follow and demonstrate comprehension of applicable procedures and provide information as requested by collaborating departments.

• Provides support to the logistics and material planning and control function.

• Prepares and monitors material requisitions and material schedules with production schedules.

• Maintains engineering specifications and production schedules and plans material movement within purchasing, warehouse and production.

• Creates and generates reports on material plans and schedules.

• Develops requisitions for and manages materials and inventory.

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

Basic Qualifications:

• Logistics Support 3: High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of experience in account management, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position

• Logistics Support 4: High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience in account management, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $83,300.00Salary Range 2: $59,300.00 - $98,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
