About the Role
We are looking for Revenue Operations to serve as the "financial architect" within our Ad Operations organization. As we scale rapidly, we need a builder who can align our Ads and Finance teams, ensuring our Order-to-Cash processes are as advanced as our recommendation algorithms.
In this role, you will own the financial integrity of our ad business—managing credit risk, insurance, and billing—while partnering with Product and Engineering to automate these workflows and working closely with Trust and Safety teams to collaborate on platform safety. You will move us away from manual spreadsheets and toward scalable, AI-driven solutions that protect our bottom line and ensure user/partner safety.
Responsibilities
- Financial Governance & Risk Management (The "Guardian" Role)
- Insurance & Credit Control: Operationalize our insurance verification process. Ensure all post-pay customers meet coverage requirements and conduct quarterly audits to eliminate uninsured exposure.
- Credit Cap Management: Monitor ad credit utilization in real-time; implement automated alerts to prevent cap overages and ensure strict adherence to financial thresholds.
- Partner Vetting: act as the operational gatekeeper for new partners; approve invoicing terms and insurance documentation to ensure we only scale with safe, verified partners.

Order-to-Cash & Billing Operations
- Billing Excellence: Own the monthly billing cycle for key accounts. Provide Finance with pristine billing data for new customers and act as the primary escalation point for reconciliation and dispute resolution.
- Collections Strategy: Partner with Account Management (AMs) to drive collections. Implement clear SOPs for stopping campaigns and filing claims on overdue accounts to minimize bad debt.
- Incentive Operations: Manage the operational rollout of ad credits and promo codes. Review incentive proposals for ROI and ensure they align with Finance budgets before approval.

Automation & Process Architecture
- Build vs. Buy: Work with Product Managers and Engineers to transition manual "check-point" tasks into automated workflows. (e.g., automating credit stops or insurance expiry notifications).
- Data Integrity: Ensure every client is correctly labeled and categorized in our CRM/ERP to enable downstream automation and accurate reporting.

Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Finance Checkpoints: Lead monthly reviews with the Financial Controller, detailing the "Health of the Business" from an operational perspective.
- AM Enablement: Build and track performance metrics for Account Managers to help leadership optimize team output.

Special Projects & Operational Agility
- Ad-Hoc Initiatives: Lead critical, time-sensitive special projects as assigned by Ads Leadership. This includes deep-dive investigations into revenue anomalies, supporting QBR preparations, and adapting workflows to support new ad product launches.
- Cross-Functional Support: Step in to support broader business goals as they evolve, ensuring the Ads Platform team remains agile and responsive to new opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Ad Operations, or Finance at a high-growth tech company.
- The "Bridge" Profile: You are fluent in both "Sales" (speed, growth, relationships) and "Finance" (risk, control, accuracy).
- Builder Mentality: You don't just follow a process; you break it down and rebuild it better. You hate manual work and constantly look for ways to automate it.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must. Experience with SQL, Salesforce, or Netsuite is highly preferred.
- Mission Alignment: You care about User Safety and ensuring our platform remains a trusted ecosystem for our partners.
