Title: Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Location: Washington D.C.

Terms: Full-time

Position Description

The Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst supports the program by leading the collection, analysis, and dissemination of actionable cyber threat intelligence. This role is responsible for tracking advanced persistent threats, synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources, and providing strategic guidance to strengthen cyber defense posture.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the identification and analysis of cyber threats targeting agency infrastructure, users, and data.
  • Aggregate, correlate, and assess intelligence from open source, commercial, government, and classified sources.
  • Produce and deliver threat intelligence reports, briefings, and recommendations for leadership and technical teams.
  • Track and profile threat actors, campaigns, and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) relevant to the federal sector.
  • Collaborate with SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management teams to inform detection, response, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and refine intelligence collection methodologies, analytic frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Support the integration of threat intelligence into security tools, SIEM, and operational workflows.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of threat intelligence program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence lifecycle, attacker TTPs, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Experience with intelligence platforms, SIEM, and threat data enrichment tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
  • Ability to pass an MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) clearance.

 Desired

  • Professional certifications such as Security+, GCTI, GCIA, CISSP, or similar.
  • Experience supporting federal or public sector environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud and hybrid infrastructure threat intelligence.
