FP&A Specialist(Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist)는 적합한 재무 데이터의 제공을 통해 management의 의사결정을 지원합니다. Management에서 재무 데이터를 분석하여 의사결정에 활용하고, 예산 수립과 모니터링을 통해 재무성과를 향상시킬 수 있도록하는 필수적인 재무 데이터를 제공합니다. 본 포지션은 Head of Commercial Finance, South Korea에 보고합니다.

To provide essential information to commercial management and finance leaders who lead and control operations. The purpose of reports is primarily to provide information for decision-making processes. 

[ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES]

• Serve as the subject matter expert on FP&A functions.

• Take a key role in financial planning activities within his/her area of responsibility.

• Analyze financial performance, deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.

• Partner with functional leaders by providing robust, value-added financial analysis beyond the numbers.

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in FP&A (required).

• Advanced excel skills, experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools.

• Ability to convey complex financial insights in clear, concise English both written and verbal.

• Mature and professional, especially under pressure or in fast-paced environments.

• Decisive and self-driven, with a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.

• Integrity: maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
