About the Group
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Substrate Business Group leadership team that collaborates with Foundry Services, Advanced Packaging Technology and Manufacturing and our Substrate suppliers to deliver supply chain sourcing solutions for Intel Foundry. The group is responsible for managing substrate supply, and partners with the external ecosystem, internal Business Units, Divisions, Technology Development, HVM, and Planning Logistics to develop substrates sourcing and supply chain solutions.
About the Role
This role partners with Packaging and Test Business Group (PBG) in Foundry Services, and SPTD through the program management life cycle for IFS and external manufactured substrates with supplier selections, affordability through negotiations, planning strategic capacity, qualification timelines to ensure product readiness and escalations.
This role sits at the center of a high-impact, business-critical challenge for Intel Foundry, offering experienced leaders the opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes in a complex and evolving supply chain environment. It provides the chance to address well-defined substrate capacity and sourcing challenges where the right expertise can deliver immediate, measurable impact. The Substrates Business Strategic Program Lead will have clear visibility into their contributions, with a direct line of sight between decisions, execution, and business results. For those with a passion for semiconductor products, the role enables close connection to tangible technologies and real-world outcomes. The position operates at a critical inflection point for Intel, where speed, strategic thinking, and decisive execution are essential to success. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $213,650.00-301,620.00 USD
