Receptionist

Position Overview:
Acting as the “face” of Insulet Corporation at our busy Reception Lobby you will greet guests, direct incoming calls, assist with Facilities project support and perform other administrative duties as necessary. This position will require the candidate to display a high level of courtesy and professional warmth along with great organizational skills in order to function efficiently in this fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Professionally administer all incoming calls; ensuring calls are redirected accordingly.
• Greet guests, vendors, clients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Ensure all who enter our office are properly logged into and out of the logbook.
• Maintain security by following procedures.
• Performs administrative duties, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail and receiving packages.
• Ensure the lobby area is well organized and secure.
• Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
• Work with facilities staff to on-board employees including completing and filing profile pictures, assembling badges, completion of onboarding tasks for new employees.

• Responsible for security badging processes for both 50 & 100 Nagog
• Supporting the Corporate Facilities department with misc. tasks as assigned.
• Provide general administrative, clerical, and light data entry support.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma

Preferred Skills and Competencies:
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interact tactfully with employees throughout all levels of the organization.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in an administrative support position strongly preferred.
• Organize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Display a professional, detail-oriented and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds: this person will need to stock office and kitchen supplies
• No business travel is required for this position

Additional Information:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $15.00 - $22.50. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
