Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations as part of the MGM Stage Management team across the Cotai Theatre and MGM Resorts, including resident show creation, integration periods, rehearsals, trainings, performances, special events, rentals, and other entertainment activities

  • Perform Stage Management duties in a professional and consistent manner for resident show creation, performances, and rehearsals, as well as all Entertainment Division‑supported events

  • Maintain strong, positive, and productive working relationships with all Entertainment Department team members

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to sustaining show quality and performance integrity in a repetitive show environment

  • Coordinate, prepare, and distribute weekly and daily show schedules

  • Maintain accurate run sheets, backstage documentation, cue notes, and daily show reports

  • Track incidents, maintain operational logs, and contribute to formal show reports as directed by the Stage Manager

  • Coordinate backstage traffic flow, including performer movements, prop handoffs, and scenic transitions during performances

  • Support Stage Management with cue execution during shows and rehearsals

  • Conduct pre-show checks to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient backstage environment

  • Communicate operational updates clearly to performers, technicians, and production teams

Job Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in stage management in a variety of disciplines. Some experience as a Production Stage Coordinator or Stage Manager a plus

  • Undergraduate University degree and related experience preferred

  • Good command of both English and Chinese

  • Good at Microsoft applications

  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
