Airbus is embarking on one of its most critical industrial and supply chain integrations to date. As we absorb the operations of a vital Tier 1 aerostructures supplier, our objective is to integrate this complex business into the core Airbus organization, while safeguarding the daily continuity of operations and global supply chain. Central to this monumental effort is the expansion of our Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system, replacing legacy tools with a unified SAP S/4 HANA digital ecosystem. In this context, a vacancy for an SAP S/4HANA Specialist – Manufacturing & Shopfloor   has arisen. The newly acquired Belfast site focuses on the A220 wings and A220 mid fuselage components. As a member of the PSE team, you will support the functional definition & deployment of SAP S/4 HANA. Your scope will encompass several processes: PSE, which combines Manufacturing Engineering and Shop Floor Processes

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM 

• Support the delivery of the PSE team.All along the project, focus on PSE scope, while ensuring the integration with other domains (Planning & Supply, Finance, Logistics, ...)
• Collaborate with other teams, inside and outside the Belfast project.Deploy the SAP S/4 HANA solution together with the surrounding Airbus tool chain.
• Perform business transformation and ensure business adoption, especially via business acceptance tests.
• Prepare and execute data migration and entry into service. Conduct hypercare to support operations once deployment is done.
• Assess and deliver the SAP S/4 HANA based solution with the IT department.
• Collaborate with other Airbus S/4 projects to benefit from synergies and harmonize solutions.Perform in-depth analysis of current organization, processes, and IT solutions.
• Enable an efficient implementation of new processes and Airbus digital tools, aligned with SAP standards and Airbus global strategy.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

• Manufacturing Engineering and/ or shop floor detailed knowledge.
• Deep understanding of SAP supply-chain modules
• Be degree qualified in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering,  Production or  Supply-chain and have at least 3 years’ relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence).ORHave a minimum of a HNC in Informatics, Manufacturing Engineering,  Production or  Supply-chain and have at least 5 years’ relevant experience in Aerospace or related complex industries (e.g., Automotive, Defence).

Desirable

• Software development knowledge.
• Experience with SAFe/Agile frameworks
