Summary of Duties
Lead the full lifecycle of executive recruitment and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on strategy, candidate evaluation, and equitable hiring practices.
You will develop and execute data-informed recruitment strategies, leverage advanced sourcing techniques, and build partnerships to expand access to leadership opportunities, particularly for underrepresented communities.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing inclusive hiring practices
Leading community engagement and outreach
Using data and labor market insights to inform decisions
Coaching leaders on equitable recruitment practices
As a bilingual professional, you will help ensure recruitment efforts are culturally responsive, accessible, and inclusive. This role requires strategic vision, executive presence, cultural humility, and technical expertise, with the ability to influence across all levels while centering equity and service.
Minimum Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required for this position.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior or Development, Business or Public Administration, Applied Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Relations, or a job-related course of study determined by the appointing authority; AND three (3) years of Human Resource professional-level experience related to the position;
OR
Valid certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) awarded by the Human Resource Certification Institute; AND four (4) years of Human Resource professional-level experience related to the position;
OR
Six (6) years of Human Resource experience related to the position, four (4) of which must have been at the professional level.

Essential Attributes

Experience leading full-cycle, complex, or executive-level recruitments, including strategy development, sourcing, selection, and offer.
Ability to apply an equity lens to recruitment processes, ensuring inclusive, accessible, and fair hiring practices that reduce barriers for diverse communities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to create clear, culturally responsive, and accessible materials.
Proven ability to build strong partnerships and influence decision-making with leaders, hiring managers, and partners without formal authority.
Experience developing and sustaining diverse talent pipelines through outreach, networking, and community partnerships.
Ability to use data, metrics, and labor market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Knowledge of, and ability to apply, laws, rules, and policies to ensure recruitment processes are consistent, compliant, and defensible.
Commitment to delivering a positive, timely, and inclusive experience for candidates and hiring partners throughout the recruitment process.
Ability to lead and facilitate inclusive interview panels, guide group decision-making, and navigate differing perspectives to reach equitable outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and implement creative solutions to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
