Return to Office: As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office.
What You'll Do:
This role provides an opportunity to work on some of Canada’s top brands including President’s Choice and No Name and retail brands Loblaws, Shoppers Drug Mart, Zehrs, Real Canadian Superstore and No Frills. In this role you’ll support the Marketing Transformation team, working across Marketing to deliver impactful technology initiatives aimed at data-driven insights to contribute to marketing impact and accomplish overarching business objectives
Strategic Thinking:
Gather inputs and support creation of qualitative insights for marketing campaigns
Contribute to the delivery of the Marketing Technology roadmap, coordinating with vendors and internal working teams across the organization
Support ad-hoc performance analysis and regular reporting updates
Synthesize measurement and analytics documentation
Strategically analyzes the macro marketing technology view to make decisions on priorities
Exploration & Planning:
Support enterprise-wide rollout of marketing platforms including workshop creation, documentation, and training support
Explore, assess, and define business requirements for Marketing to determine clear business scope, use cases & requirements to then share to the Loblaw technology team to assess and determine implementation scope
Ongoing monitoring of marketing tools and supporting new requests/approvals with governing teams
Works cross-functionally and builds strong relationships across the enterprise
Create new processes and documentation to support net new marketing initiatives
You will have an opportunity to develop your understanding of key marketing principles including overall marketing strategy, brand management, insights, and analytics, and how to build and execute the campaigns of tomorrow for retail and brands using brand new technology resources

Experience in SQL and or other data programming tools
