About the Team:
The Enterprise creative team within Global Marketing works on creating customer-facing marketing touchpoints that are on-brand and engaging. This team is our in-house studio for emails, digital display banners, social media creatives, rich media banners, swag design and building out style guides too. The team works with creative production, brand marketing and channel partners to ensure on-time creative delivery.
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this role is to strategically support marketing efforts by partnering with creative services and external agencies to ensure creative delivers on Lowe's strategic intent on time, on budget, and on brand. Leading a team of Producers and Sr Producers, this position is responsible for oversight of creative workflows, end to end campaign orchestration right from brief to execution and ensuring the timely categorization and uploading of creative assets. With a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, the Manager Creative Ops works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions. This role serves as a subject matter expert in creative operations and the primary point of contact for key stakeholders. The Manager Creative Ops must possess exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a keen attention to detail to ensure successful project outcomes.
Experience working with US retailers and having an understanding of the cultural nuances is required for this role.
