Step into research at the Pfizer Clinical Research Unit (PCRU) – Brussels

As a clinical research nurse, you will work closely with healthy participants in a modern, purpose-built facility located within the Erasmus Hospital with 60 inpatient beds, outpatient services and a dedicated pharmacy and laboratory.

You will play a key role in : 

• Supporting first-in-human and early-phase studies. 
• Providing high-quality care to healthy participants. 
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. 
• Contributing to the development of tomorrow’s treatments.

Your role : 

• Monitor and care for participants in early-phase clinical trials. 
• Take vital signs, ECGs, blood samples and administer medications. 
• Ensure participant safety, data accuracy and protocol compliance. 
• Collaborate daily with a diver’s multidisciplinary team of professionals. 

Who we are looking for :  

• A qualified Nurse.  
• Curious, professional, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable. 
• Project and time management skills. 
• Comfortable using digital tools and following structured protocols. 
• Able to communicate in English and engage with participants in French and/or Dutch. 
• Eager to grow, innovate and contribute to a global mission. 
• A team player with a collaborative spirit. 

  

Shifts : 

• Morning and afternoon shifts 
• 1 weekend out of 2 
• Occasional night shifts (voluntary). 
• Flexibility is essential we align our work rhythm with the demands of each study protocol
