What you will do:

To manage commercially the TFPP Purchasing / Demand Planning for assigned SBUs incorporating purchases from local and overseas suppliers

How you will do it:

• Review materials purchase report and place weekly PO

• Ensure purchases are in line with anticipated forecasts and expedite past due Pos.

• Translate estimated delivery date committed by supplier in ERP system ( Pronto)

• Work with Sales, and Suppliers to optimize economic order quantities, minimize minimum order requirements and variability of delivery lead times..

• Coordinate closely with various key stakeholders to meet customers’ expectations and requirements

• Active participation in demand planning inventory related meetings and forums

• Gather, develop, analyses and validate statistical data used in preparing forecasts.

• Pro-active contribution towards achieving inventory goals, OTD and several KPIs.

• Work with customer service and sales to provide accurate delivery status .

• Support Ad-hoc reporting, when required.

What we look for:

• A tertiary degree in Business / Operations or related field.

• Clear written and verbal communication.

• Forecasting / Demand Planning. Statistical Computation and analysis

• Computer literate, proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Knowledge on SQL will be an added advantage.

• Pronto experience (highly regarded)

• Location: Serangoon North Ave 5

• It is a 7 months contract.
