<title>Main tasks and responsibilities:</title>

  • <point>Onboard new drivers onto Bolt's platform.</point>
  • <point>Verify, maintain, organize, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.</point>
  • <point>Address driver issues and queries in person and via email, finding effective resolutions.</point>
  • <point>Support local operations teams in initiatives that drive supply growth and compliance.</point>
  • <point>Engage with driver communities through events and ongoing communication.</point>
  • <point>Share regional insights with the Operations Specialist and/or Operations Manager.</point>

  • <point>Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, capable of simplifying complex issues.</point>

  • <point>Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly identify problems and good spoken and written English.</point>
  • <point>Familiarity with computer tools and recognized as trustworthy.</point>
  • <point>A background in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.</point>
