Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

*This role will rotate weekends once every 7 weeks and rotate holidays.

Overview:

The Analyst is a key contributor to the operational success of the omni order management team, combining strategic thinking with analytical execution to optimize processes, improve data visibility, and enhance cross-functional collaboration. The Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert in omni order management and system functionality, driving improvements and supporting team development. In addition, the Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence and reducing risk through proactive issue identification, data-driven insights and process optimization. This role plays a critical part in improving customer experience and business performance by minimizing order cancellations, ensuring accurate product setup and enabling the team to manage workload effectively.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic & Analytical Support:

  • Collaborate with the Manager and Business Analyst to define and implement best practices for coordinator workflows.

  • Pull and analyze data to support meetings with business partners, providing insights that drive decision-making.

  • Monitor order fulfillment through coordinators, including aged orders and presale order processes.

  • Track and escalate product setup issues such as missing DIMs and UPCs.

Cross-Functional Engagement:

  • Lead Ship-From-Store (SFS) review meetings with business partners to ensure alignment and issue resolution.

  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings (e.g., VC Real Estate, Launch Planning) to provide operational insights and updates.

  • Support business partners with eligibility requirements and ad-hoc requests.

Performance Optimization/Process & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update process documentation based

  • Assist in training new associates and team members by sharing subject matter expertise and process knowledge.

  • Drive initiatives to reduce retailer cancel rates and improve order accuracy.

  • Identify and implement solutions to reduce athlete contacts related to WIZMO (Where Is My Order) inquiries.

Data & Systems Expertise

  • Obtain Alteryx certification and contribute to the development and maintenance of data queries and workflows.

  • Become a subject matter expert in assigned business areas and related systems, providing guidance and support to the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree (4 year college degree) or equivalent work experience

  • 5-7 years experience, including a minimum of 5 years cross functional retail experience

  • Business Analyst work experience required

  • Heavy use of Microsoft Office

  • Alteryx certification

  • Data Analysis (Databricks, Intera, SCI)

  • Extensive cross functional Retail knowledge

  • Comfortable with information systems

  • Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining an overall project perspective

  • Working knowledge of OLAP tools

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Experience in process documentation and operational support preferred.
