Copper basin Veterinary Clinic is a small-animal veterinary clinic located in McCaysville, GA. We offer a full range of services including routine and sick patient care, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, dental cleanings and acute care. Our ideal candidate would have previous veterinary medical experience as well as excellent customer service, who takes pride in their work and is able to take instruction in a high stress environment. CSR serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, assist with scheduling and appointment coordination, and provide general administrative assistance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, conflict management training, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Answering phones, taking messages and relaying that information to appropriate staff

Greeting and checking clients in/out

Filling medications

Checking emails and sending correspondence

Ensuring our front office area is clean and safe

Inputting client information and medical history into computer system

Client communication

Balancing end of day reports

Compliance calls

Cash handling

Requirements:

Customer service experience

Basic computer knowledge

Friendly and compassionate

Basic Veterinary medical knowledge a plus

Saturday availability

*Knowledge of Avimark software a plus*

• Processing payments
• Billing
