Euronext Corporate Services is a fully integrated division of Euronext, including all the resources to pursue its business activities: Revenue, Growth Marketing, Product & Innovation, Technology & Operations, Client Excellence and Transformation. It also relies on Euronext support functions to accompany its growth.

Role Summary 

Investor relations & communication business unit is looking for a pro-active, energetic and strategic Revenue Operations Manager who will set up & optimize the entire internal infrastructure for generating business intelligence (marketing, new sales, reporting and finance, management support). He/she will address a wide range of responsibilities such as setting up accurate market and competition analytics for strategic decision making, evaluating and introducing new tools to facilitate revenue generation and streamlining processes across our different revenue generating businesses. The Revenue Operations Manager will also be involved in the deployment of mid/long term project related to business expansion and to the execution of Euronext Corporate Services strategic plan.

The Revenue Operations Manager will 

  • Provide business analytics to the CRO, preparing decision making regarding products, offering, pricing and business development (market intelligence, business and data analytics, reporting support)
  • Set up our tools (CRM; revenue management) in such a way that sales teams are fully supported 
  • Based on the updated CRM infrastructure develop a comprehensive set of standard reports which allows for a 360degree view on revenue generation 
  • Be responsible for accurate tracking of all revenue related KPIs by improving the data quality  
  • Improve our forecasting capabilities and support the CRO with ad hoc reporting 
  • Work with the sales team and the CRO on special initiatives such as playbooks, internal communication, but also transversal and cross selling projects
  • Proactively support the CRO with all sales process related topics (new tools, commission plans; market analytics...) 
  • Act as a strong liaison between sales and marketing to optimize lead generation even further 
  • Act as a strong liaison to our CRM team 
  • Act as a strong liaison to Billing and Finance 
  • Help the CRO develop a training plan for new joiners and for existing team members

We are looking for enthusiastic people with the following skills: 

  • University education in business, marketing, economics, engineering or related field 
  • 2-  3 years working experience in a CRM or Business Analyst role  
  • Highly analytical thinker – experienced in and comfortable with setting up and interpreting vast data sets 
  • Very detail-oriented, accountable and possesses a high degree ownership 
  • Proven experience handling multiple projects in the field of revenue operations at the same time 
  • Ability to build consensus by aligning management, users and other stakeholders 
  • Proactive and strategic mindset 
  • Strong and proven interest for innovation and technology. 
  • Business Fluency in English, additional European languages such as French or Dutch are a big plus
