We are looking for a Customer Delivery Executive who will:

  • You’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT products or services to CSG's clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our customers during the delivery phase, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams to align project timelines, technical specifications, and customer expectations.
  • You’ll monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful delivery.
  • You’ll manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
  • You’ll provide post-delivery support, ensuring any issues are resolved and the customer is fully satisfied.
  • You’ll prepare delivery reports and maintain documentation for internal and customer review.
  • You’ll focus on medium-sized projects that involve teams of 10-15 people that are cross functional in nature and being responsible for enhancements to existing commercial practices
  • You’ll be accountable for management and governance of delivery programs for designated accounts to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring strong financial performance

Is this opportunity right for you? We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Has experience in client-facing roles, particularly in IT services or software delivery
  • Has proficiency in English and Spanish in a business environment
  • Showcase strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer interactions effectively.
  • Has project management experience or knowledge, particularly in IT environments.
  • Presents problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution.
  • Has the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, technical, and operational teams.
  • Is familiar with IT products, services, and solutions, along with technical acumen to understand client needs.
  • Has a customer-focused mindset, ensuring that all delivery efforts align with the client’s expectations and business goals.

Competitive Differentials

  • Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
