About the Team:

Enterprise Data Risk Data & Technology Transformation was formed with one purpose in mind To Build Risk Data & Technology solutions to deliver on our regulatory commitments. But our mission extends beyond solving our regulatory commitments.  We want to Transform data, process, and technology to achieve a generational shift in Risk Management practices. By doing so we operationalize the Enterprise Risk Management Framework through technology solutions

Responsibilities:

• The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment without close supervision and with colleagues who may not be in the same geographic location. The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Developing individual project artifacts as necessary including Business Requirements Documentation (BRD’s), Functional Requirements Documentation (FRD’s), test planning and scenario documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), project plans as required for all key technical deliveries.
• Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations.
• Providing implementation / post-implementation project support
• Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members
• Develop requirements for a role-based configurator for a variety of risk personas across the first and second line
• Drive vision for new widgets and functionalities including: New Summary Metrics (Risk ID, Risk Appetite, KRI, Limit & Breach). New Onboarding/Integration: ECRM Validation Dashboard, Risk Metrics Dashboard (Federated)
• Ensure that data is summarized and communicated in a clear and concise manner that tells the right story about complex and critical information to senior management, review and challenge teams, partner/stakeholder teams, and regulators.

• Operate independently and exercise judgement with escalation to senior management, as and when, required. 

Job Skills/Qualifications:

• 6-10 year’s experience
• must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter
• Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once.
• Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive
• Desire to improve processes
• Track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services/Investment Banking industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions
• Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge
• Experience of working with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
• Team player and relationship management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
• Ability to learn/understand some technical implications of system design
• Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of the SDLC
• Extensive Risk Management experiences, Project Management or Product Ownership experience
• Must be extremely organized, motivated and a self-starter

• Team player and relationship management skills

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$113,840.00 - $170,760.00
