Overview:

The Sales Compensation Manager will focus on administering producer compensation to producers across the Company and be responsible for monthly management reporting, financial analysis, and variable compensation projects.  

Responsibilities

  • Lead production and validation of the monthly producer compensation process through reconciling compensation inputs from various systems.

  • Coordinate with regional service teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

  • Ensure the integrity of CRM systems as it pertains to producer compensation. 

  • Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, processes, and systems, not limited to requirement gathering through implementation support. 

  • Work cross-functionally across the organization (Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Financial Planning, Accounting, and IT) to enhance knowledge and understanding.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and 5+ years of experience. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. 

  • Strong attention to detail (process oriented).

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve problems. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, think critically, and execute accurate detailed work.
