Overview:
The Sales Compensation Manager will focus on administering producer compensation to producers across the Company and be responsible for monthly management reporting, financial analysis, and variable compensation projects.
Responsibilities:
Lead production and validation of the monthly producer compensation process through reconciling compensation inputs from various systems.
Coordinate with regional service teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Ensure the integrity of CRM systems as it pertains to producer compensation.
Help identify improvements / enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans, policies, processes, and systems, not limited to requirement gathering through implementation support.
Work cross-functionally across the organization (Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Financial Planning, Accounting, and IT) to enhance knowledge and understanding.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and 5+ years of experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail (process oriented).
Demonstrated ability to analyze issues, determine appropriate solutions and resolve problems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, think critically, and execute accurate detailed work.
