This role is located at our downtown, Buffalo NY location. We offer a hybrid work schedule, 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.

Your Role:

  • The Credit Development Analyst, works closely with the SMB (small to medium size) sales team, playing a vital role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals and deliver strong results to the market.

  • Supporting the sales organization to grow revenue and SOW, while managing AR risk.

  • Applies automation and financial analysis to manage a portfolio of SMB (small to medium size) partners with credit lines up to approximately $500K.

  • Engage with resellers, sales teams and credit operation teams.

  • Strong understanding of financial analysis.

  • Sound judgment and decision making for basic problem solving

  • Foundational negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.

  • Able to identify operating efficiencies

What you bring to the role:

  • Two year college degree or equivalent work experience and minimum five years functional experience.  OR HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum 8 years of functional including 4 years position specific experience.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
