Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• Expertise in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Test Cases Design, Test Automation and integration to CI/CT pipeline 
• Rest API using Postman
• Hands on expertise in Test Automation using BDD Cucumber Java Automation, Robot Python Framework.
• Hands-on expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter -Good To have
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and work exposure with a larger team.
• Exposure to Cloud AWS or any other Cloud technologies
• Ability to ensure adequate test coverage identifies bugs and does defect escape analysis
• Collaborates and communicates with management, internal, and outsourced partners regarding status, project progress, and issue resolution.
• Provides guidance and mentoring to less- experienced staff members.
• Hands-on experience in writing Product Test Strategy
• Exposure to automation Framework development
• Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
• Create, maintain, execute automated test cases, and ensures overall system quality prior to release
• Identify and recommend changes or improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the product and quality assurance strategies
• Working closely with the Product Manager, Developers, BAs to understand product requirements
• Strong Triaging and debugging skills
• Strong teamwork/team building, leadership, communication, collaboration & partnering skills
• Product development lifecycle, quality processes, agile development
• Proven Analytical, problem solving & decision-making capabilities

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
