A Day in the Life

業務内容

・QMS省令に基づくCV（循環器系製品群）関連製品の品質関連業務の監督

・他の治療領域担当の品質業務運営責任者との連携（組織が大きいため治療領域で分掌を分けています）

・他法人の品責との情報共有、業務連携（同じグループ会社の2法人の品責と情報共有等をしていただきます）

下記いずれも、担当領域の製品群に対する担当業務

・出荷可否判定

・製品変更管理情報の確認・承認

・各種安全確保業務（回収、改修、情報提供等）のプロトコール、書類の確認・承認

・各種CAPA関連の確認、承認

・中古品の販売・貸与業者からの通知の処理

・修理業者からの通知の処理

・各種外部監査対応

・行政機関との折衝（必要に応じ：各チームにマネージャーがいるため、通常はマネージャーおよびスペシャリスト対応）

・その他品質に関わるエスカレーション事案の検討

・手順書作成、改訂のレビュー

・各社内ステークホルダー（製造業、修理業、薬事部門等）との会議参加

・

必須知識・経験

・薬機法、QMS省令、ISO13485の理解

・外資系での医療機器QAマネジメント経験（3～5年以上）

・回収等の安全確保措置の経験

・人材管理能力、社員育成経験

・コミュニケーション能力（組織が大きいため、日本語でも高いコミュニケーション能力が必須です）

・機転、応用力、問題解決能力

・英語力（本社発行の手順は英語のままなので十分理解いただく必要あり）
