The Project Manager will be responsible for project management activities in compliance with Project Management Methodologies and best practices which include implementing project action plans and deliverables, stakeholder analysis, risk management, resource alignment, managing project work and teams, developing project communication, tracking project cost, business handoff’s, communicating project status to key project members and stakeholders and performing project postmortems. This individual will work closely with cross-functional internal business partners including but not limited to: Business Operations, Brand, Legal, Strategic Development, IT, Sales Training, Instructional Design, Corp Comm, Sourcing, Procurement, and other corporate teams to deliver projects and required support to Field Sales Teams. This role may require the individual to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of software applications to validate end to end business flow. This position should demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as this candidate will need to coordinate various activities and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization including Senior Leadership.
How You'll Shine:
Project Management: Support all project management activities including:
Project Intake, Prioritization, and Backlog Management: Receives and documents initial Sales CapEx requests. Ensure proper stakeholders and decision makers are engaged to review and prioritize the request. Manage backlog of project requests and reprioritize projects as business evolve.
Change Management: Support the successful implementation of each project by applying strategies to plan, prepare, and equip individual associates for change across the organization. Monitor and track project adoption rates post launch. Listen to feedback and offer solutions to sustain changes.
