The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for our Global Workplace Delivery team in London, UK. This is an outstanding opportunity to coordinate the transformation of office spaces that encourage creativity and innovation. You will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of delivering projects that reflect Adobe’s ambitious vision and outstanding standards. By successfully implementing workplace solutions, you will improve our employees' experience and contribute to Adobe's mission of enabling outstanding digital experiences.
What you'll Do
· Project Leadership: Direct multiple office fit-out projects across various locations in EMEA, or other global location where appropriate, ensuring timely and cost-efficient delivery. Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external partners.
· Project Size: Deliver projects that range from (USD)0.5 million to (USD)30 million, depending on scope and location.
· Direct all aspects of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for all individual real estate projects, including pre-project mobilization, leasing, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
· Collaborator Coordination: Work closely with internal collaborators, including executive leadership, IT, Security, Facilities, and Procurement, to define project requirements and expectations.
· Budget & Cost Control: Develop and coordinate project budgets, tracking expenditures, approving invoices, and mitigating cost risks.
· Design & Construction Oversight: Lead the design development process, working with architects, designers, engineers, and consultants to ensure workplace solutions meet the project brief and Global Workplace Guidelines.
· Contract & Vendor Management: Select and manage general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to contracts, schedules, and quality standards.
· Schedule Management: Develop and monitor project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and lease agreements.
· Align projects with local building codes, health & safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and corporate standards.
· Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular project updates to senior management, preparing reports, presentations, and post-project evaluations.
What you need to succeed
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
· Experience: Established track record of managing office fit-out projects across Europe, specifically in corporate real estate or global tech industries. Capable of changing and being prepared to shift directions at a moment's notice.
· Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
· Software Proficiency: Proficient in the use of technology and programs that help you get your job done, especially in Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint and Microsoft Project. Working knowledge of some Adobe products such as Acrobat, Photoshop a plus.
· Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Strong leadership and ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization.
· Travel Requirement: Ability to travel as needed for site visits, project oversight, and collaborator meetings.
