Role Overview:

Enterprise Technology Apprentice

About the Role

  • Gather requirements from different stakeholders and teams within the business. 

  • Validate the platform, including staying up to date on new features and releases, as well as raising any bugs. 

  • Functional testing: Identifying and testing every function of a product and matching the results with the required specification  

  • Test planning: Collaborating with project stakeholders to define test objectives, strategies, and test plans 

  • Test case development: Creating detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets that cover various scenarios and use cases 

  • Regression testing: Ensuring that the Salesforce system updates do not cause problems with existing functionality 

  • Defect management: Logging and tracking defects identified during testing 

  • UAT testing: Helping UAT testers by giving screenshots of the functionalities and test cases flow

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (passed out year between 2022 to 2024).
  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure

  • Interest in studying and learning new things

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Post graduates are not eligible for this program
