What you'll do?

As a Principal Engineer, you will provide technical leadership, expertise, and guidance to Account and Identity teams. Lead and direct large-scale, complex, cross-functional initiatives by sharing business and technical context derived from the partnerships you build with key product and other stakeholders. Directs root cause analysis of critical business and production issues by reviewing and analyzing information (for example, issue, impact, criticality, possible root cause); directing actions as designated in the plan. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy. Support your teams to succeed and grow through candid mentorship and coaching.

- You are a pragmatic security engineer who believes in risk focused, scalable security approaches with a strong technical background in developing low latency, high resiliency, and high-availability, systems.
- You have excellent communication skills and a product focused mindset to build the right solutions for your stakeholders and customers.
- Well versed in identity and access management concepts
- A full stack engineering. Equally well versed in building web & native applications and scaling backend systems
- Believes in operational excellence and leads by example
- Familiar with A/B testing large scale systems
- Experience in container technologies such as Docker on Kubernetes and CI/CD.
- Are passionate about teaching and mentoring other engineers.
- Have excellent attention to detail and can articulate the specifics of quality design while enforcing engineering principles.

  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, architectures, and emerging technologies
  • Experienced in Java, React, Node, Cosmos DB and Docker
  • Experience delivering solutions for applications at scale leveraging public cloud.
  • Experience in architecting, designing, and developing large scale data solutions
  • Experience driving engineering design using Agile process to drive innovation, accelerate decisions and outcomes while minimizing risk

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
