Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Lead / Architect with deep expertise in AWS cloud services, AI/ML solutions, and application modernization. This role will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, scalable, and secure solutions that enable digital transformation for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will combine technical leadership with strategic vision to guide modernization initiatives and leverage AI-driven capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Architecture
• Define end-to-end architecture for cloud-native, AI-enabled applications on AWS.
• Lead modernization strategies for legacy applications, including migration to microservices and containerized environments.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security best practices.
• Technical Leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams on AWS, AI, and modernization strategies.
• Provide guidance on selecting appropriate AWS services (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, etc.) and AI frameworks.
• Mentor development teams on best practices for cloud-native and AI-driven application development.
• Innovation & AI Integration
• Design and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into modernized applications to enhance business outcomes.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Present architecture blueprints and roadmaps to executive leadership.
• Governance & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2) and AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Implement robust security and monitoring solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Technical Expertise
• 10+ years in IT with at least 5 years in solution architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SageMaker).
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AWS AI services.
• Deep understanding of application modernization (microservices, containers, serverless, API-driven architectures).
• Architecture & Design
• Experience with cloud-native design patterns, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with data engineering and data lake architectures on AWS.
• Soft Skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional.
• Experience with generative AI and LLM integration.
