In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support to Vanguard's senior leaders and their broader departments. The ideal candidate for this position will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask and manage complex schedules.

[The base salary in this role is $40,000 - $70,000- determined by skills and experience]

As an Administrative Associate, you will:

  • Maintain calendar for department and leaders, including scheduling meetings, organizing and coordinating events, and tracking attendance. Make travel arrangements and order refreshments when needed.
  • Follow established procedures and guidelines, with opportunity to exercise independent judgment.
  • Order department office supplies as needed and monitor expenditures.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and other written and visual materials.

What it takes

  • Minimum of 2 years administrative or related experience, preferably in a medium to large size organization
  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience; Associate degree or related degree preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take direction, be adaptable, and balance multiple priorities
  • A positive and collaborative demeanor!
